Stage 1: Supplier Qualification

Every new supplier undergoes comprehensive qualification audits including facility inspections and documentation review.

Stage 2: Incoming Product Testing

Every batch is sampled and tested against product-specific parameters.

Stage 3: Storage and Handling

  • Ambient products stored at 15–25°C
  • Chilled products at 2–5°C with continuous monitoring
  • Frozen products at -18°C or below with backup power
  • FEFO stock rotation enforced across all categories
  • Pest control and sanitation to BRC standards

Stage 4: Pre-Dispatch Verification

Before any order leaves, a final check confirms correct product, quantity, labelling, and packaging integrity.
